We only accept returns for exchange on items damaged in transit.
Exchanges for damaged items:
To be eligible for an exchange, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving your package at info@everettovertoncollection.com to alert us of the damage, then return the damaged item to us.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. If you are approved, then your replacement processed, and shipped out to you within 5-7 business days.
**Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons NOT due to our error, does not qualify for an exchange.
** No refunds will be processed, only exchanges for qualified items damaged in transit.
** You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning an item for exchange. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
